Our Approach
Advanced Bio-Structural Correction (ABC™)
There are many chiropractic techniques out there, all of which aim to help improve the communication between the brain and the body.
The technique that we use is Advanced Bio-Structural Correction (ABC™). We use it because of the focus on posture and spinal alignment.
How It Works:
ABC™ is a hands on approach to improving your spinal and whole-body alignment/posture. We use various stretches, and specific spinal adjustments to create optimal spinal alignment. This can take pressure off your body helping you feel great and get back to your very best.
ABC is a holistic approach to healthcare. In each adjustment we will check and adjust areas of your body that need assistance, from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. In each adjustment we assess each and everyone of your vertebra, your hips and pelvis, your sacrum, your ribs, your knees, ankles and feet.
We do not just treat the symptoms, we treat your body as a whole.
First Appointment
Here our #1 job is to listen to you so that we understand you, and your current problems. We take a very thorough clinical history where we investigate your health and what has lead you to get to this point.
Once we understand your history, we take a comprehensive examination to find the cause of your problem. We use chiropractic, postural, neurological, orthopedic and physical examinations, and if needed you may be referred out for x-rays.
What to Expect
1
Report of Findings
In your second visit we will discuss our findings in more depth. We will explain to you how you got to this point in an easy to understand way. We will go over your x-rays if they were required. Here we will know how we can help you. We will then create a plan for your chiropractic care to get you well and help you achieve your health goals. Together we will create a schedule that works to get you the results you are searching for.
2
Regular Appointment
Once we know how to help you, and we have a schedule, your regular adjustments will move you closer to your goals. Regular appointments take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
3
Re-examinations
It is important that we know you are making the progress we expect to see. Which is why we reassess you on a regular basis. Comparing your progress and posture to when you started. This is our favourite part as we love seeing the changes in people.
